Damaged Print Issues
If your issue frequently arrives damaged and your mailbox is sufficiently sized, then check with the post office to see if the magazine arrives in good condition.
If this is an isolated incident, you can report a damaged issue online by clicking here. A replacement issue will be sent.
Late or Missed Print Issues
Shuttle Spindle & Dyepot is mailed from Ohio via periodicals mail around the 25th of each month. The U.S. Postal Service does not guarantee the delivery of periodical mail within a specific time frame. Delivery time depends on where in the USA the magazine is being delivered to, and mail volume at processing offices between the point of mailing and the point of delivery. We find that delivery usually takes between 9 and 21 days, but can take up to 8 weeks. For addresses in Hawaii and Puerto Rico, part of the delivery is via mailboat and can take 8 weeks or more. Delivery times vary for different zip codes, even within the same city.
If you live in the USA and your issue is late, we kindly request that you wait 4 weeks before requesting a replacement copy. If you live in Canada or overseas, we ask that you wait 6 weeks before requesting a replacement copy. Your magazine should not be considered late or missed unless it arrives after these dates.
If you have missed an issue, HGA may have an incorrect address on file. Please click here to verify your address. Once you are logged into your account, from the left-side menu, select “Manage My Addresses”.
Your magazine may also have stopped being delivered due to an expired membership. Click here to check your membership status. Once you are logged into your account, from the dropdown menu where it asks, “What would you like to do?” select “Review My Membership”.
If none of these explanations apply, please click here to report the missed issue. A replacement issue will be sent.
