Meal Plan

The Convergence® Meal Plan offers a chance to relax and dine with friends in a bistro atmosphere while also providing the convenience of avoiding crowds and staying close to the Convergence® activities. All meals are plated and served. Vegetarian options available. For questions about dietary restrictions, call HGA at (678) 730-0010.

Review the menu options and select the meals you would like to include with your registration. Lunch is $42, and dinners are $53. Price is inclusive of tax and tip.

Dinner: Local garden salad, mini meatloaf with au jus, roasted potatoes, garlic green beans, and strawberry shortcake

Vegetarian option: Stir-fry tofu with vegetables and jasmine rice

Meal Plans must be purchased by August 6, 2026.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests for meals must be made by completing the Cancellation Request Form. Cancellation requests received:

  • By January 30, 2026 - Receive a 75% refund
  • By May 12, 2026 - Receive a 50% refund
  • After May 12, 2026 - Non-refundable
