Helpful Hints for You...
Read through the Convergence 2010 Albuquerque Registration Booklet with a highlighter or pen in-hand. As you review, check
the classes, tours, and events that appeal to you. Note that some Workshop classes begin on Wednesday and that all classes run
concurrently Thursday through Sunday. There are three tours planned: one is an overnight tour scheduled to depart on Sunday,
July 18, and return on Monday, July 19; and one tour is scheduled Tuesday, July 20; and one scheduled Wednesday, July 21. Use
the Worksheet on page 22 to help you plan your schedule, then proceed to the Registration Forms on pages 13 and 14.
Note: HGA membership is required for class participation.
Material Fees will be collected at the individual classes and should not be included on the Registration forms.
Registration Forms
Section A Convergence Value Package (CVP): offers the best pricing for the event items; better than if the items were
all purchased individually. In addition, the CVP offers you the opportunity to purchase classes at reduced rates.
Section B Class Prices: Indicate the quantity of each class you have selected in the appropriate column (left column if you
purchased the CVP or right column if you did not). Then print the Class Code numbers and Leaders last name in the chart.
Provide notes on the registration form to help the Registration Team—like: “Yes, I want to take all of these seminars by the
same leader.” “If this is full is there something similar that I missed?” “If I get the first choice workshop, then I don’t want
seminars by the same leader.“
Section C Convergence Events: Purchase individual tickets to Convergence Events in this section. Note that one admission ticket to Susan Lazear, Featured Speaker, and one admission to the Fashion Show are included in the CVP.
Tours
Depart from and return to the Albuquerque Convention Center, Tijeras entrance. Convergence 2010 Albuquerque reserves
the right to cancel any tour if there is insufficient registration by May 3, 2010.
Changes and Cancellations

by May 3, 2010. Cancellations are subject to the following fees: Before May 3, 2010, $75 or 1/2 the cost of fees paid, whichever
is less. No request for refunds will be honored after May 3, 2010. Refunds will be processed by November 2010.
Convergence 2010 reserves the right to cancel any class. HGA membership dues are non-refundable. Tickets purchased
for events (fashion show, featured speaker, dinners, morning conversations) are non-refundable.
Security
For your security, name tags and a form of photo identification will be required along with your ticket for admission.
