How do I get in touch with the Goody Bag Coordinator?
Convergence 2006 Vendors who are paid in full may ship their materials to be inserted in the Convergence 2006 Good Bags to Marta Williams, 12911 Sycamore Pte. Dr., Plainwell, MI 49080. Deadline for receipt of items May 15, 2006

Door Prizes
Vendors are invited to bring Door Prizes for Convergence Delegates and Volunteers. Vendors who wish to use Door Prizes as oppotunities to showcase items could advertise their items with a coupon in the Goody Bag. Vendors should bring a box to hold the door prize tickets. Door Prizes will be announced daily in the Vendor Hall and the winners will pick up ttheir prizes personally from the Vendor's booth.

When will the vendor registration packets be available
The vendor registration packets will be available in January 2006. If you have never received a Convergence vendor registration packet from us before, please email us at vendorrelations@weavespindye.org to be included in the mailing. You will also be able to download a pdf of the registration packet from this page on the HGA website, so check the site beginning in December for it to be posted. Thanks.
